Below is my shipping and return policies. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.


All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Cutey Corner candles will most likely be shipped out within 2-3 days if they are in stock.

Any custom wedding candles will be sent via upon agreement and contract.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight.

Orders will be shipped to address provided during the check-out process.

What do we ship? Candles and wax melts.

When do we ship? Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but some custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days or more depending upon agreement and contract.

Where do we ship to? We only ship to the US and territories. We do not ship internationally....yet.

How do we ship? USPS or UPS {Other arrangements can be made as needed}

Rates to ship? Shipping charges are calculated automatically through the USPS.

How to track an order that’s been shipped? Tracking information will be emailed to you when the item is shipped. You can always email to inquire about shipping information.



What can be returned? We do not accept returns. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.

Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee + all freight charges.

How do customers return items? We will refund or replace the product that is defective or broken in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier.

Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.

Sweet Lights Candles LLC will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only.

No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safety of candle use, the appropriate storage and any other use of any products that you purchase from Sweet Lights Candles.

You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold me for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.

My candles are made using only the best ingredients, including natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks.

I offer a wide range of candle scents to suit any mood or occasion, from soothing lavender and chamomile to refreshing citrus and mint. Any scent your imagination can come up with, I can create! In addition to my standard candle sizes, we also offer a variety of unique candle shapes and designs. I also offer custom candle orders for weddings, parties, and other special events.

  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • Do you use essential oils for the fragrances?
    NO! Essential oils are not designed to be burned and some are actually harmful when ignited. I work with a fragrance house that designs fragrances specifically for candles that are closest to 100% natural as possible.
  • Why does my candle look frosty? Is it drying out?
    No, your candle does not dry out. Frosting is a natural characteristic of some soy blends. Frosting does not seem to affect the scent throw or the burning properties of the candle. You can safely burn a candle with a bloom without worry. Frosting is a particular crystal growth of vegetable oils. It will cause the candle to look dry, which is simply a characteristic of that crystal structure, but has nothing to do with the candle "drying out". To minimize frosting, try to keep your candle out of direct sunlight and florescent lighting. Even changes in the weather can cause additional frosting. It is almost impossible to stop the soy wax from blooming.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • What does soy wax blend mean ?
    I use a blend of soy, paraffin and coconut wax. I like the all natural renewable qualities of the soy and coconut but the hot throw (smell when burning) of the paraffin. I will always mark if a candle/wax melt is a soy wax blend or if it's 100% soy wax.
  • What causes the white marks on my soy candles?
    Occasionally, white marks may appear on soy candles due to the nature of the soy wax. The tiny, white looking crystals on the tops and sides of jars are called frosting and are very similar to the frosted look on chocolate. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and should not be treated as a flaw. It does not affect the quality or burn of the candle.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
